I love yoga and am passionate about it!

Truth is I am a yoga addict. I discovered yoga in 2011 in Bali. And during the darkest and challenging moments of my life, yoga was my light. Which is why I am so passionate about it and want to share it with you.

It does not matter if you can touch your toes or being super flexible. The poses and asanas are just one small aspect of yoga. Mindfulness, being grateful and a good mindset, I believe are more important.

While I don't live in Bali, I have travelled extensively in Indonesia the last 25 years, speak the local language and have a good insight into the culture.

When I am not travelling, I am based in Europe working commercially as photographer, videographer and creative workshop leader. Apart from yoga, I have been practicing Shotokan Karate since 1992 and hold a 3rd dan.
