I love yoga and am passionate about it!
Truth is I am a yoga addict! I discovered yoga in 2011 in Bali. Later, while going through the darkest chapters of a health crisis, yoga became my guiding light. This profound experience ignited a passion within me to share its transformative power with you.
My teaching stints have brought me from Brussels to the serene landscapes of Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Bali. To me, yoga transcends beyond mere physical asanas postures or being flexible; it's a holistic practice embracing mindfulness, gratitude, and more importantly cultivating a positive mindset.
While I may not call Bali home, my three-decade-long exploration of Indonesia has woven me into the fabric of its culture and language, often blending seamlessly as a local. I see myself as a travelling yoga teacher.
When not travelling, I reside in Brussels, Europe, where I channel my creativity through my lens as a commercial photographer, videographer, and workshop leader. Beyond yoga, my pursuits include a lifelong dedication to Shotokan Karate, holding a 3rd dan, and certification as a Thai massage therapist.
